Today is an important day of Thai politics again. There was general election in Thailand. Pi Bird as a good citizen surely didn't miss this election. This morning, he went to vote at Petronas station near his house on Sukhumvit road.

Please see many photos from clubbird.com

Thai superstar Thongchai McIntyre this morning cast his vote at No.66 poll station near a Petronas gas station in Bangkok’s Phra Khanong district, reports said.

Mr Thongchai, widely known as "Bird", told reporters after casting his vote that he was glad that he has the right to choose his representatives to settle the pressing problems of the country.

He called on eligible citizens to turnout in force to exercise their voting rights for the betterment of the country.

The superstar hoped the next government would focus on national reconciliation and unity, in order to move the country forward.
