Just found this song from older concert (perhaps around 2004/5?) where PBird singing HM Kings composition ความฝันอันสูงสุด / Kwam fan an soong sut 

There are best GMM singers: Bird Thongchai McIntyre, Nanthida Kaewbuasai, Christina Aguilar, Mai Charoenpura, Pat Suthasanee Buddhinan, Beau Sunita, Amp Saowalak Leelabut, Nat Myria, Kob Saowanit and Lanna Comins.

I don't remember but on wikipedia said it was on 17/12/2004 at Rajamankala stadium, Huamak. And yes, there was live broadcasting on TV too.
